As a premier vacation and seasonal home area, SW Florida makes it easy and affordable for golfers who want to join a course but are in residence only a few months of the year. We have a specific type of golf community membership called “bundled golf.” This golf membership is a full club membership bundled into the deed to your property, with no initiation fee. There are yearly dues and a Master Home Owner Association cost, of course, roughly about half (or less) than a private golf membership.

As a golfer with twenty-one years of expertise in SW Florida golf communities, here are my choices for our top bundled golf communities. As I did for the private golf communities, I look at the course, the community location, property types and excellence, and other amenities. I am happy to discuss any of these or to suggest other options.
